From brats to Chicago-cut steaks, grill safely this summer

Now that Memorial Day has come and gone, Chicago’s weekend warriors have been out in full force, grilling and barbecuing bratwurst, Polish sausage and, of course, thick Chicago-cut ribeye steaks.

But before grillmasters from the North Shore to the South Side light the coals or ignite the burners, they should review some basic grill safety precautions. Our infographic offers some great grilling tips and details common pitfalls to avoid.
